Jennifer Nix has more than 20 years of experience learning and running virtually every operations function in a law firm. Her career began in the billing and accounting departments of a major global firm, which prepared her well for her later managerial and leadership roles in accounting, finance, HR, facilities and more.
After serving six years as firm administrator for another Dallas firm, Jennifer was hand-picked by three partners who were splitting off to form their own law firm – Ziegler Gardner Bell. She quickly jumped into the COO role with full responsibility for the planning and execution of launching a fully functioning, high performing law office in downtown Dallas.
Jennifer is known for her ability to quickly build trust and loves both people and numbers – the perfect marriage of both right and left brain. She prides herself on her insight and deftness at building an effective cultural bridge between lawyers and staff, believing that both are responsible for ensuring that client relationships are supported at the highest level.
Outside the Office
Jennifer prefers active outdoor sports, such as hiking, snow-skiing and river rafting. She particularly enjoys every minute she has with her middle-school daughter. Recently sworn in as a Johson County volunteer for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Jennifer looks forward to serving as an advocate for abused or neglected children as they navigate the court system.
