Overview

Ciera Norris's past legal experience includes handling high-exposure complex civil cases concerning construction defects, construction accidents, bodily injury, premise liability, and general insurance defense matters.  Early in her legal career, Ciera practiced as a criminal defense attorney, handling a large docket of misdemeanor cases around Texas. Ciera's philosophy in defending cases is to thoroughly investigate each matter, and to set a clear and concise structure for reaching case resolution. She has an affinity for solving complex construction issues, and her background as a Landman proves invaluable to her dissection and resolution of contract disputes. 

Ciera is a Denton, Texas native, but has called Dallas her home for over 10 years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Texas where she received a B.A. in English Literature and Secondary Education. Ciera is a graduate of Southern Methodist Dedman School of Law where she has coached the law school's American Bar Association negotiations team for several years. 

During her leisure time, Ciera can usually be found with her nose in a book, attending a play or sports event, or spending time with her family, including five furry companions.
