Job Description
Ziegler Gardner Bell seeks associate to join our growing litigation practice. This individual will assist the firm in all facets of its litigation practice including mission-critical depositions; strategy development; dispositive hearings; legal research and writing, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and trials. This position will involve direct client interaction. This position will also entail extensive collaboration with firm attorneys and staff and delegation of tasks to support personnel.
Ideal candidates will possess at least 2-5 years’ litigation experience. Candidates with more years of experience are also encouraged to apply.
